Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the 213 platform. By using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these terms.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By registering on 213 or using its services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 213 and all registered and unregistered users of the platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply only to individuals aged 18 or above. Minors are not permitted to use 213's services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
213 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the platform, and continued use of the platform by a member will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & Personal Information
When registering with 213, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may only hold one account. If it is found that the same person has opened multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any related balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. 213 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from third-party access.
213 may request a national ID or other government-issued documents for account verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the 213 platform, you agree to refrain from the following:
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the platform's content, software, or materials.
- Using another member's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
- Any form of fraudulent activity, or use of bots or automated software.
- Attempting to breach or circumvent the system's security measures.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
In the event of any of the above violations, 213 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and pursue legal action.

Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 213 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal conditions are specified in the platform's payment section. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
Bonuses and vouchers issued by 213 are governed by separate terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Each offer has a set expiry date, and any unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited once expired.
Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical error or data inaccuracy, 213 reserves the right to void a bet and refund the stake. Members will be notified by email if such action is taken.
If money laundering or fraud is suspected, 213 may immediately suspend the relevant transactions and notify the appropriate authorities. Members may be required to provide proof of the legitimate source of their funds.
Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
213 platform services are provided on an "as-is" basis. 213 accepts no liability for any losses arising from technical errors, server disruptions, or third-party service failures. No claims for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of the platform may be brought against 213.
213 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Registering with false or inaccurate information.
- If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
- If evidence of fraudulent betting strategies is found.
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Upon account closure, the process to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be initiated, though this may be placed on hold during an ongoing investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
All content on the 213 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 213. Reproduction or commercial use of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
The 213 platform may contain third-party services or links. 213 is not responsible for any third-party content or policies. When visiting third-party sites, the respective party's own terms and conditions will apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
